Tinubu’s Tax Reform Brings Liberation to Nigeria’s Economy – Senator Adeola

Senator Solomon Adeola, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Appropriations, has lauded President Bola Tinubu’s tax reform policy, saying it has brought holistic change and liberation to Nigeria’s economy.
According to Adeola, the policy has rescued the economy from the grip of cabals, promoting inclusivity and benefiting the larger population.
Speaking during a town hall meeting and empowerment of over 20,000 Constituents in Ipokia Local Government, Ogun State, Adeola praised Tinubu’s leadership, saying the drastic changes in tax laws have been impactful.
With over a decade of experience in the Senate, Adeola expressed confidence in the policy’s potential to drive economic growth.
He posited that before the assumptions of the office of President Bola Tinubu, the Nigerian economy was in the hands of cabals, which affected a larger percentage of Nigerians.
He said “I’m happy that we have an economy now because is no more in the hands of a selected few anymore, or guided by cabals”
“Tinubu tax Reform policy is for the best of Nigeria’s economy, having spent more than 10 years in the Senate and member of the different committees, I can tell you that I know more”
“This reform is for the good people of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Now, we can say that we have an economy that is not guided by a selected few”.
“When Tinubu assumed office this time around, we had holistic and drastic changes in tax laws. That is why we your representative support the policy, I want to especially thank him for his job well done”
He also lauded the Governor of Ogun state for making Ogun State a Centre of attraction to business and industry, particularly the Agro-cargo airport, drilling of Tongeji Island and Dry port in Abeokuta.
Yayi posited that those projects are noticeable for economic reform and development, thereby attracting more investment to Ogun.
