The Supreme Court has struck out appeal suits filed against Kenneth Udeze, confirming his authenticity as the only recognized National Chairman of Action Alliance that was recognized by the INEC.
The National Executive Committee of Action Alliance also uncovered a move by an unknown law firm to use the name of Action Alliance to file an appeal on a concluded pre-election matter that took place in Abeokuta Ogun State, which was struck out in favor of Chief Barr Kenneth Udeze, led NEC.
Meanwhile, Chief Kenneth Udeze has instructed the Law firm of Chief Micheal Aaondoka SAN, to file a notice of withdrawal of the said appeal filed without the instruction of the Party upon receiving the intelligence report.
The said notice of withdrawal was successfully moved and granted by the Supreme Court, having been informed that the leadership of Action Alliance did not instruct any law firm to bring any such appeal to the Supreme Court.
The party members congratulate the only recognized and authentic National Chairman of AA, Chief Barr Kenneth Udeze.
