Pelican Valley Estate Wins Best Realtor of The Year Amidst Over 12 Contenders

The foremost real estate firm in Ogun Pelican Valley Estate has won the Best Realtor of the Year 2022 among over 12 other real estate firms in Ogun that contested for the award.

The Estate announced the winner shortly after the e-poll was concluded on Sunday, thereby making the foremost real estate became the Best Realtor of the Year 2022 in Ogun.

In a statement made available t the newsmen by the Real estate CEO Dr Babatunde, Adeyemo after the announcement of his real estate victory, he said, “gratitude to God for the emergence of our foremost real estate firm; Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, as the Best Realtor of the Year 2022 in Ogun State this Sunday, April 16, 2023.”

“We feel particularly happy about this latest feat of ours, it is an addition to the litany of similar feats garnered by us in recent times. This is well deserved because it comes via the free, fair, credible and transparent process of electronic voting, collation of results and the subsequent declaration of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited as the Winner by the Panel judge(s)”.

The CEO and Promoter of Pelican Valley Estate, Pelican Brief Estate, Pelicans Ecostay Apartments and Pelican’s Greenish Acres farm Estate, posited that the victory was a result of his firm diligence, due process, Integrity, transparency and commitment to client satisfaction both in home and Diaspora by Ogun State urban laws enforcement agencies.

He added that victory was a call to greater service to the real estate sector of the state and Nigeria as well as humanity in general.
