Ogun SWAN Roll-out Match fixtures For Second Edition of Media Cup

The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria Ogun State chapter SWAN has rolled out the fixtures for the second edition of media cup for 2023.
The fixture was drawn on Monday, during a meeting with chapels representative, at the state secretariat, MKO stadium in Abeokuta the state capital.
Speaking at the event the Chairman of Ogun SWAN, Hakeem Akintunde said “The competition is to kick off on June 1st and ends on 8th of June 2023”.
He maintained that the game would be a continuous activity, adding that it was an avenue to promote unity among the media practitioners in Ogun state.
Hakeem stated that the football competition had yielded more support than the first edition while calling on the good people of Ogun state to come out en mass and support the competition.
Meanwhile, the winners of the last edition were duly compensated with their prizes, which include Paramount FM which came out in the 3rd position with 20,000, Smash FM with 25,000 as the second runner-up, and Consolidated Chapel as the winner with the sum of 30,000 respectively.
Also, the General Manager of OGBC Radio, Mrs Toyin Shogbesan who was represented by Mr Abiodun Ogundipe commended the effort of the sports writers Association of Nigeria Ogun State chapter(SWAN).
He posited that the game would continue to enhance the unity among the media practitioners and project the media world as one united body while pointing out that “all work and no play make Jack a dull boy”.

2. Oodua FM vs Rock City
3. OGTV vs OGBC
4. Splash FM vs Correspondent
5. Family FM vs Paramount I’m
6. Eagle Radio vs Federated
7. Consolidated vs State information
8. Fiban vs Smash FM
