Ogun: Adebutu Slams Abiodun, Describes Infrastructure Project As Show Of Diminished Acumen

The Ogun state former governorship candidate of the People Democratic Party, PDP, Ladi Adebutu has berated Governor Abiodun’s infrastructure project as a show of diminished acumen, compared to the infrastructure project commissioned in Oyo State governor, to mark 1 year in the office of their second term administration.
Adebutu expressed displeasure over the recent road commissioned in Ogun on Friday, at Odogbolu Local Government, explained that he was amazed yesterday when he saw roads that were commissioned in Oyo state, which is over 77kilometres of interfacing or expanded roads in urban and rural, including creating roads in a virgin land.
He berated Abiodun for putting band-sets on the road, that he was commissioning a resurfaced and unexpanded road or a baby of a few kilometers.
Adebutu posited road infrastructure by Seyi Makinde is an example to the whole nation, adding that if all the federating states play their role actively, there will be less emphasis on the centers and that is the way it should be.
According to him, ” Yesterday, we were in Ogbomosho, the extent of the infrastructure development that the PDP government Gov. “He commissioned a State’s road of about 77kilometrres, it wasn’t the surfacing or existing road, he went and do urban and rural development at the same time, he created roads on virgin lands”.

“Despite that resources in Oyo state are relatively, comparatively small to what we have in Ogun State, I felt shame yesterday, I covered my eyes because Dapo is of the same place that I am, and he shows off his diminished acumen”.
” Now, compare that person, that personal of APC broken, compare to what happened yesterday in Oyo state, that is different between APC and PDP, we understand governance, we are transparent and we can do well”.
In the same development, Adebutu called on Nigerians to come under that great umbrella to rescue the nation, saying that is the opposition party.
He added that people shouldn’t be misguided by any frivolity going on, he said “is of normal joking for power, but our eyes on the ball, and we succeed at it”
