Ogun Accord Party Congratulates New National Leaders, Pledges Support

The Accord Party in Ogun State has congratulated the newly elected national executive officers, led by Barr. Mgbudem Maxwell, and pledged its total allegiance to the new leadership, urging all members to work towards unity and progress.

In a press statement released by Hon. Oke Oluwarotimi, a foremost leader and respected stakeholder of the Accord Party in Ogun State, on behalf of the elders, leaders, and members, congratulated the newly elected national executive officers.

Hon. Oke Oluwarotimi emphasized that the current national leaders of the Accord Party are uniquely qualified to elevate the party’s status.

He stated, “The present elected national leaders of Accord Party are the best set of men and women of integrity, capable of putting the party in the limelight. They possess the zeal, passion, and essential experience required for this significant responsibility. Such critical positions within any political party, are not meant for novices or those new to active politics.”

“Barr. Maxwell, a dedicated and hardworking member of the party, has been a national officer – a former legal adviser of the party for many years, even before he was officially elected as the party’s national chairman, during the party’s convention held on Sunday, July 28, 2024”.

Hon. Oke Oluwarotimi highlighted Barr. Maxwell’s loyalty and commitment to the party’s unity and progress.

He also lauded Hon. Adebukola Ajaja, urging her to continue her unparalleled service to the party.

“We humbly urge Hon. Adebukola Ajaja not to relent in her efforts. Her leadership is crucial, and we anticipate seeing strong and effective leadership soon, in all the six South West states.”

“Accord Party in Ogun State pledges total allegiance to the new national executive team, recognizing that, true patriotism lies in supporting the party rather than any individual interests”.

In conclusion, Hon. Oke Oluwarotimi calls on all party members nationwide to support the new leadership, put aside differences, and work towards unity and progress of our dear party.

“We urge all members to support the new leaders, lay aside every grudge, blackmail, backbiting, and cease creating disunity and discord among members,” he stated.
