LG Polls: Afeez Balogun Cast Vote, Expresses Optimism For Victory

The chairmanship candidate of Abeokuta South Local Government, Hon. Afeez Balogun BOA, has expressed optimism for victory by casting his vote at the ongoing local government elections in the State on Saturday.
Balogun voted at Ward 13, unit 9 Ago-Oba Area of Abeokuta South Local Government.
The chairmanship candidate while speaking with newsmen expressed satisfaction with the voting process, saying that it was free and fair.
He said that the exercise was well coordinated, commending the electoral umpire for its efficiency.
He said ” I want to tell you that the election is peaceful and I have cast my vote and I want to appreciate our people for coming out and exercising their franchise in today’s election without any fear or favor,” he said.
Balogun therefore expressed optimism that APC win at the polls.
