Housing Deficit: Richlife Properties Launches Affordable Housing Initiative in Ogun, Others

In continued effort to tackle the challenges related to urbanization and giving chances to every Nigerian to secure a peaceful home and global standard environment, Richlife Properties Limited, and Real Estate developer, has inaugurated an affordable housing scheme in Abuja, Lagos, Ogun, and other Southwest States to assist in reducing the housing deficit in Nigeria.

At the unveiling of the Smart Homes Apartment Project in Abeokuta, the CEO, Bankole Oluwaseyi Babatunde, said through the initiative, Nigerians can easily acquire properties in desired locations, especially in Abuja, Lagos, and Ogun States, and build homes tailored to their preferences.
