First Iyalaje of Ago Iwoye buried in Grandstyles Amid Fanfare

The remains of the first Iyalaje of Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, late Chief Victoria Adebimpe Adenuga ( nee Awobona) have been committed to Mother Earth.
The burial ceremony took place at the deceased residence in the ancient town with a pump and fanfare.
Children, grandchildren, family, clergymen, well-wishers, community, and friends gathered to pay their last respects to the late first Iyalaje of Ago Iwoye.
Earlier at the church service held at the Methodist Church of Nigeria, Idode, the
Bishop of the Ijebu Diocese, Rt. Reverend Solomon Adegbite, said
every man, especially Christians was saved to serve both their creator and humanity.
The Clergyman likened the deceased to the biblical Dorcas who is full of mercy and helping the less privileged, saying that the late Adenuga was a good woman, loved by all.
Some of those who spoke, including the children, spouses of the children, and grandchildren, described the late matriarch of the Adenuga family as a great philanthropist, prayer warrior, and a good mother.
