Balogun Congratulates Muslims faithful on a Successful Ramadan, Harps On Unity

The Executive Chairman of Abeokuta South Local Government, Hon. Balogun Olaniyi Afeez, has congratulated the Muslim faithful on the successful completion of Ramadan fasting and the celebration of Eid Fitri, calling on unity.
In his congratulatory message, Balogun emphasised the importance of unity and prayer for the goodness of Nigeria.
He admonished the lessons learnt during the Holy Month of Ramadan to always reflect in every aspect of life as Mulsim.
Balogun also urged the Muslims to use the occasion of Ramadan to pray for peaceful coexistence and economic rejuvenation in Nigeria.
According to him, “As Muslims celebrate Eid Fitri, marking the end of Ramadan, I want to call for unity and prayer as it is particularly significant, given the country’s diverse cultural and religious landscape.
“The successful completion of Ramadan is a testament to the resilience and devotion of the Muslim faithful in Nigeria and around the world; celebrating Eid Fitri, and it is essential to remember the values of compassion, forgiveness, and unity that underpin the Islamic faith”.he posited.
